Solutions

Any business with a front door and a roster.

The same three apps, set up for how your day actually runs. Here's what a Tuesday looks like in seven kinds of business.

Retail Supermarkets Cafés Construction Clinics Cleaning Offices
Retail stores

One roster across three stores, and the rep signing in at the back door.

Tuesday: the Newmarket store is short from 2pm because someone's sick. In the Portal you can see who's off across all stores and who's already had their hours this week. You move a shift; their Go app updates. Meanwhile a supplier rep signs in on the kiosk in the stockroom and the manager on the floor gets the buzz.

KioskReps, couriers, contractors at the back door.
PortalMulti-store roster, leave, timesheets.
GoShifts and swaps for part-timers.
Suggested plan: Pro for more than one store, Workforce for one.
Supermarkets

Sixty people, four departments, a dock full of contractors.

Tuesday: the roster for next week goes out to sixty phones at once. The refrigeration contractor signs in at the dock kiosk, so you know he's on site when the alarm panel goes off. At the end of the fortnight, timesheets come from the roster with the changes already in them.

KioskContractor sign-in at the dock. Who's on site now.
PortalBig rosters by department. Timesheets to payroll.
GoEvery part-timer sees their week.
Suggested plan: Basic or Pro.
Cafés and hospitality

The roster changes every week. The group chat shouldn't be where it lives.

Tuesday: you build Thursday to Sunday around who's available and publish it from your phone between the morning rush and lunch. Someone asks for Saturday off in Go; you see it next to Saturday's roster and say no, kindly, because you're already short. No kiosk needed unless you want one for deliveries.

KioskOptional. Deliveries and tradies at the back.
PortalWeekly roster, leave, timesheets.
GoShifts on every phone the moment they're published.
Suggested plan: Workforce.
Construction sites

Who is on site, right now, on every site.

Tuesday: a subbie's crew arrives at 7am and signs in on the QR code at the gate, ticking the site induction questions you set. The site manager can see the full list on his phone. If the siren goes, the list of who's on site is already there. Your own crew's roster and hours run in the same account.

KioskQR at the gate. Induction questions. Live on-site list.
PortalMulti-site view. Crew roster and timesheets.
GoSite manager sees arrivals on his phone.
Suggested plan: Pro.
Clinics and allied health

Reception shouldn't have to leave the desk to find the physio.

Tuesday: a patient signs in on the iPad, the physio's phone buzzes in room 2, and the practice manager hasn't moved from the phone call she's on. The practitioner roster and leave live in the same Portal. Arrivo never touches clinical records, and the assistant has no path to patient data.

KioskPatient sign-in that asks only what's needed.
PortalPractitioner roster, leave, timesheets.
GoA nudge when the patient has arrived.
Suggested plan: Basic. Health data excluded from the assistant at code level.
Cleaning services

A team that's never in the same room.

Tuesday evening: twelve cleaners across nine client sites. Each has tonight's sites in Go. They scan the QR code at each client's door on arrival, so you can tell the client exactly when your team was there. Hours flow into timesheets without a paper run sheet.

KioskQR sign-in at each client site. Proof of attendance.
PortalRoster by site. Timesheets from sign-ins.
GoTonight's sites, leave, hours.
Suggested plan: Pro.
Offices and coworking

A reception that works even when nobody's sitting at it.

Tuesday: a candidate arrives for an interview, signs in on the iPad, agrees to the visitor terms, and the hiring manager is told. A contractor signs in for the server room and you have a record of it. If you also roster front-of-house or facilities staff, that's in the same account.

KioskVisitors, contractors, agreements on the form.
PortalSearchable visitor log by site.
GoHost alerts to whoever's being visited.
Suggested plan: Visitor.

Something else? Gyms, schools, warehouses, field services.

If people arrive and staff are rostered, it fits. Tell us about your setup and we'll walk through your Tuesday.
